DAEMONS RING GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

THESE RULES APPLY TO OUR ENTIRE NETWORK, FORUMS AND GAMES​

1) HACKING.
Hacking, in a general sense, involves both criminal and game hacking.
Criminal hacking is related to internet crimes like distributed denial of service (DDoS), privacy violation and identity theft, illegal remote system access, economical fraud,
destruction of virtual property, etc..; in those cases, the user will be immediately banned, reported to the authorities and will never return - no exceptions.
Game hacking involves using 3rd party programs such as hacking tools, cheat engines, injectors, trainers, or anything similar. Game hacking can also include abusing any kind of exploits and/or bugs which can be used in order to obtain an unfair advantage in-game.
First Offense - 2 Week ban.
Second Offense - Permanent ban.

2) HARASSMENT, PROVOKING, AND DISRESPECTING OTHER MEMBERS.
We do not tolerate any form of harassment that might make one of our users feel uncomfortable or insulted and which possibly can make the user leave our Network. This involves any kind of constant disrespectful, provocative, and/or aggressive behavior towards another user. With freedom of speech comes responsibility, a person's freedom ends when another person's freedom begins, and at Daemons Ring we believe that everyone should be treated equally.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fifth Offense - Permanent ban.

2.1)
Here in the Daemons Ring Gaming Network, we strive to achieve the best social gaming environment for all our members. Therefore, if one of our members is seen elsewhere disrespecting our Network or trying to cause any problems that might bring harm to our Network, we will take action. People need to be consistent and coherent, it is not correct for one of our members to be offending us somewhere else and then acting normally within our community, it is incorrect and we will not tolerate these actions.

3) DISCRIMINATION AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
While these are both forms of harassment, this was made a separate rule because it is considered extreme harassment, and also due to the fact that there's a need to settle a distinction between just a casual joke and using words in a friendly manner or using these words to offend other users. Saying something along the lines of "hey nigga how are you?" or "hey baby you looking horny" for example, is completely different from situations that do not need an example, which is using words considered racial/ethnic slurs along with other insults or sexual expressions in order to diminish, humiliate or disrespect another user. In these cases, the intention of the offender will dictate the need for according punishment.
First Offense - 3 Day ban.
Second Offense - 1 Week ban.
Third Offense - Permanent ban.

4) PORNOGRAPHY, BLATANT GORE, EXTREMELY GROSS/DISGUSTING AND EXPLICIT MATERIAL.
There are children and sensitive people who live among our community, we do not tolerate posting of any kind of pornography, blatant gore, extremely gross, disgusting or explicit content. These are all considered adult content with viewer discretion advised, and they are not allowed in our forums except in situations where a clearly visible warning is given and the content manages to stay hidden with, for example, a spoiler tag. Staff does however reserve the right to delete such content at their discretion.
First Offense - 3 Day ban.
Second Offense - 1 Month ban.
Third Offense - Permanent ban.

4.1) Posting child pornography on our forums will have the same punishment as criminal hacking, the user will be permanently banned from our Network and reported to the authorities, and also, there will be no exceptions, we do not tolerate any type of criminal activity.

5) SPAMMING.
Spamming is not allowed in our Network, and by 'spam' we mean repetitive words or posts with no useful content meant to annoy other users; it includes stacking of
multiple Unicode combining characters, posting YouTube videos that start automatically, saying only 'inb4' anything, or expressions/posts with just: "first", "second", "tl;dr", '.', '10char'; and other known expressions considered futile.
This rule is not meant to discourage off-topic conversations, as it only applies outside that area.
First Offense - Infraction/Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - 1 Month ban.
Firth Offense - Permanent ban.

5.1) Not included in the spamming rule, are posts in which a user quotes another user to answer a question or statement from another user, and since posts cannot be made with just quotes, but they actually need text, it's acceptable that the user uses just a "." or a "^" indicating that the quoted post already answered whatever matter being discussed.

6) ADVERTISEMENT.
Please do not advertise other private servers or gaming networks. Everyone is free to discuss other communities and servers, but only to an extent in which the user is not attracting our players into the referred places. This rule also includes every kind of commercial advertisements, referral links, surveys, and external links to another private server communities.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent ban.

7) DISOBEYING OR DISRESPECTING STAFF.
The Daemons Ring staff team members have the responsibility of keeping the peace and order in our Network, making sure that our members are satisfied with our work while always working hard in order to make our Network grow, progress, and expand. Therefore, when a staff gives a command based on our rules, a player must cease his rule breaking behavior or further measures will be taken, and no lack of respect or provocation towards a staff member will be tolerated. This should already covered in the general harassment rule, but due to several previous situations, a separate rule needed to be written.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - 2 Week ban.
Firth Offense - Permanent ban.

7.1)
If there is any situation of a staff member abusing powers or breaking our rules, please take a screenshot or record the situation and contact our administrative team in order to file a complaint or just make an abuse report on the forums, but if that complaint does not have evidence and if it is fake, then the above punishment will be applied.

8) IMPERSONATING STAFF.
As described in the previous rule, our staff team already has their hands full while fulfilling their tasks, so no staff impersonation will be allowed. This consists of making
another user believe that you are a staff member, either by conversation, by using names like Game Master, Administrator, Developer, GM, Admin, Dev or by using any name that can resemble a staff member in order to deceive that user into several possible unfortunate situations.
First Offense - Warning/Immediate name change or account deletion.
Second Offense - 2 Week ban.
Third Offense - Permanent ban.

9) BAN EVADING.
Ban evading occurs when a previously banned user creates another account in our Network precisely to evade that ban, this is not allowed on our Network, we have rules to ensure our well functioning and harmonious social environment, so when a user is banned, that user will stay banned until the ban period expires.
However, in cases of account deletion and past offenses, we allow users to create new accounts for the sole purpose of making an unban request. If the user creates the account and makes the unban request, ban evading will be ignored, but if the user begins normal and regular activity on the forums, it will be considered ban evading and in this situation the unban chance will be permanently lost.
First Offense - IP ban + Original ban extended by 2 weeks
Second Offense - IP ban + Permanent ban

9.1)
Regarding multiple accounts, when a user has up to two or three accounts for privacy and/or entertainment reasons it's perfectly acceptable, but when a user creates
several accounts in order to gain any kind of advantage by deceiving other users, like for example, creating several accounts just to speak generously about himself, grant himself reputation points or to harass other members, then the fake accounts will be deleted and the user will be subject to the other penalties if other rules are broken in this process.

DAEMONS RING FORUM RULES OF CONDUCT

THESE RULES TAKE EFFECT WITHIN OUR FORUMS​

1) REPOSTING CLOSED TOPICS OR REOPENING SOLVES ISSUES.
When a staff member closes a thread, it can be for several reasons: the discussion reached a conclusion; the topic caused community problems; or because the thread broke our rules of conduct. When a topic, matter, or thread is declared closed and solved, it is supposed to stay that way to avoid further issues, so if someone decides to bring back that same subject or matter, the user will be dealt with accordingly.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban.
Fourth Offense and following - 1 month ban.

2) POSTING ON UNBAN/ABUSE/HELP AND SUPPORT SECTION THREADS.
Unban requests, abuse reports and help requests are very serious threads which dictate the well functioning of our Network. These threads or topics are made with the sole purpose of solving serious matters, and we do not allow any kind of interference in them unless it includes something extremely important to add or if the user is directly involved in the situation.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fourth Offense and following - 1 month ban.

3) POSTING IN THE WRONG SECTION.
Our forums have several varied sections, each section is either general or destined for specific matters, in the general areas feel free to discuss whatever matters you wish, however, in specific areas meant to discuss certain matters, we reserve the right to keep our forums coherent and organized, so we will take action when a user starts
posting about something completely irrelevant to the matter being discussed.
If any user has any doubt about this matter, please leave a note in the thread informing the staff team or asking us to move the thread to the corresponding section.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - Infraction.
Third Offense - 1 Day ban.
Fourth Offense - 3 day ban.
Fifth Offense and following - 1 week ban.

4) POSTING IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT SECTION/DOWNLOAD SECTION OF FORUMS.
The announcement and download sections of our forums are strictly to be controlled by the staff team. Users are free to post in the threads that are left open, however, a user is not allowed to create his own announcement or download thread because in these forum sections, as their name implies, we inform the community regarding
relevant Network matters, and we post our certified game releases. If a user wishes to have a topic on these sections or to make a release, the user first needs to contact the staff team.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fourth Offense and following - 1 month ban.

5) POSTING IN STAFF APPLICATION THREADS/BUMPING STAFF APPLICATION THREADS.
Staff application threads are not open for discussion, they serve for future reference when we need to recruit new staff members and they are for the staff to communicate with the applicant. Having other users posting on these topics would only lead into making our job harder so it is not allowed.
Also, the applicant is not allowed to "bump" his thread, which means making a post just to bring attention to the topic.
First Offense - Warning/Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban; if the original poster bumps their thread, the application will be trashed.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban; if the original poster bumps their thread, the application will be trashed.
Fourth Offense and following - 1 month ban.

DAEMONS RING INGAME RULES OF CONDUCT

THESE RULES APPLY WITHIN OUR GAMES

1) SWAPPING.
Swapping occurs when 2 or more players agree to kill each other sequentially and without a real fight in order to rapidly earn EXP and level up faster, causing the player base and competitive spirit of the server to become unbalanced.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban + Level reset to 1.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban + Level reset to 1.
Fourth Offense and following - 1 month ban + Level reset to 1.

2) ILLEGAL GLITCHING.
This doesn't apply to K-Style or any other type of gameplay, it only applies to glitches that exist in GunZ and are abused to cause an unfair advantage of achieving EXP.
Glitches like using F12/Screenshot to avoid damage, kick evading (leaving room and rejoining to prevent being kicked), quest suiciding along with other quest glitches, and other existing glitches or exploits.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 1 Day ban and removal of 10 levels.
Third Offense - 2 Day ban and removal of 20 levels.
Fourth Offense - 1 week ban and removal of 30 levels.
Fifth Offense and the following - 2 weeks ban and reset to level 1.

3) SUICIDE ABUSE.
Suiciding in EXP rooms on purpose during a fight prevents other players from getting EXP. If this happens more than once then the player is disrupting the gameplay and action needs to be taken.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - Removal of 10 levels.
Third Offense - Removal of 20 levels.
Fourth Offense - Removal of 30 levels.
Fifth Offense and the following - Reset to level 1.

4) EVENT DISRUPTION.
Players who try to ruin our staff held events will be punished for their acts. Staff make events out of generosity towards the community's entertainment, so whoever tries to disrupt, interrupt, or destroy our ingame events will be dealt with accordingly.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - Removal from the event.
Third Offense - Removal from the event and 1 day ban.
Fourth Offense - 3 Day ban.
Fifth Offense and following - 1 Week ban.

4.1)
Depending on the severity of the user's actions, other punishments, such as the ones applied in harassment or hacking may be applied.

By registering a forums or ingame account on the Daemons Rebirth Gaming Network you agree and abide to all these rules and will be subject of punishment by the staff team upon breaking them.

1 - Keep in mind that the General Rules of Conduct affect the entire Network, which includes all our games, forums and communication methods.
2 - Warnings might be given or not under special circumstances, in which a direct ban can be issued depending of the severity of the situation.
3 - Ex-staff members of any kind will not be warned about any kind of rule breaking, as a former colleague you should already be familiarized enough with our rules of
conduct.
4 - In the rules that do not have a permanent ban as the final punishment, if the user abuses our benevolence and keeps breaking our rules after that final punishment has been applied, then we reserve the right to permanently ban the user.

ESTAS REGLAS SE APLICAN A LA TOTALIDAD DE LA RED, FOROS Y JUEGOS​

1) HACKING.
El Hacking, en un sentido general, comprende tanto en el juego como actos criminales.
El acto criminal de hacking se relaciona con crimenes en internet, como por ejemplo ataques de denegación de servicio (DDoS en terminología internacional), violación de privacidad y robo de identidad, acceso remoto a sistemas de manera ilegal, fraudes económicos, destrucción de propiedad virtual, etc; en esos casos, el usuario será
inmediatamente castigado, reportado a las autoridades y nunca volverá - sin excepciones.
El hacking dentro del juego incluye desde el uso de programas desarrollados por terceros como herramientas de hacking, programas de trampas, inyecciones DLL, trainers, y/u otros semejantes. Puede considerarse también hacking dentro del juego el abuso de cualquier tipo de error y/o bug que pueda ser usado para obtener una ventaja injusta.
Primera Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Segunda Falta - Castigo permanente.

2) ACOSO, PROBOCACIONES, Y FALTAR AL RESPETO DE OTROS MIEMBROS.
No toleramos forma alguna de acoso que pueda hacer que alguno de nuestros miembros se sienta incómodo u ofendido de manera tal que podría posiblemente hacer al usuario abandonar nuestra Red. Esto incluye cualquier tipo de comportamiento constantemente irrespetuoso, provocativo y/o agresivo hacia otros usuarios. Junto con la libertad de expresion viene la responsabilidad, las libertades de una persona terminan donde empiezan las de otra, y en Daemons Ring creemos que todos deben ser
tratados por igual.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 1 semana.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Quinta Falta - Castigo permanente.

2.1)
Aquí en la Red de juegos Daemons Ring, nos esforzamos por lograr el mejor ambiente social entre jugadores para todos nuestros miembros. Por lo tanto, si a uno de
nuestros miembros se le ve en cualquier lugar siendo irrespetuoso para con nuestra Red o tratando de causar problemas que podrían dañarla, tomaremos medidas al respecto. Todos necesitan ser consecuentes y coherentes en su forma de actuar, no es correcto para uno de nuestros miembros el estar ofendiéndonos en algún otro lugar y luego actuar normalmente en nuestra comunidad, es incorrecto y no toleraremos estas acciones.

3) DISCRIMINACION Y ACOSO SEXUAL.
Mientras estas son ambas formas de acoso, se hizo una regla separada porque es considerado acoso extremo, y también por el hecho de que es necesario hacer una
distinción entre solo una broma casual usando palabras de forma amigable y usar esas palabras para ofender a alguien. Decir algo así como "hey nigga how are you?" (oye negro, cómo estás) o "hey baby you looking horny" (oye bebé te ves caliente) por ejemplo, es completamente diferente a situaciones que no necesitan ejemplo, que es usar palabras consideradas insultos raciales/étnicos junto con otros insultos o expresiones sexuales usadas para mirar en menos, humillar o faltar al respeto a otro usuario. En estos casos, la intención del infractor indicará la necesidad del castigo adecuado.
Primera Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 1 semana.
Tercera Falta - Castigo permanente.

4) PORNOGRAFIA, EVIDENTEMENTE SANGRIENTO, EXTREMADAMENTE ASQUEROSO/DESAGRADABLE Y MATERIAL EXPLICITO.
Hay niños y público sensible que reside en nuestra comunidad, no toleramos el vínculo de cualquíer clase de pornografía, cosas evidentemente sangrientas,
extremadamente asquerosas, desagradables o con contenido explícito. Todas estas son consideradas contenido para adultos con discreción del espectador avisada, y no están permitidas en nuestros foros excepto en situaciones donde hay una clara advertencia visible y el contenido logra permanecer oculto, por ejemplo, con una etiqueta reveladora (spoiler tag). Sin embargo, el personal se reserva el derecho de eliminar semejante contenido a su juicio.
Primera Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 1 mes.
Tercera Falta - Castigo permanente.

4.1) Dejar vínculos de pornografía infantil en nuestros foros tendrán el mismo castigo que hacking criminal, el usuario será castigado permanentemente de nuestra Red y reportado a las autoridades, sin excepciones; no toleramos ninguna clase de actividad criminal.

5) SPAMMING.
El Spamming no está permitido en nuestra red, y por 'spam' nos referimos a repetir palabras o comentarios sin contenido util, destinadas a hacer enfadar a otros usuarios; esto incluye la aglomeración de multiples caracteres Unicode combinados, dejar videos de YouTube que comienzan automáticamente, decir solo 'inb4' (dentro antes que) cualquier cosa, o expresiones/comentarios con solo: "primero", "segundo", "tl;dr" (muy largo; no leí), '.', '10char' (10 caracteres); y otras conocidas expresiones
consideradas inútiles.
Esta regla no está destinada a desincentivar conversaciones en la sección fuera de tema, dado que se aplica fuera de esa área.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo de 1 mes.
Quinta Falta - Castigo permanente.

5.1) No incluida en la regla de spamming, están los comentarios en los quales un usuario cita lo dicho por otro en respuesta a una pregunta o algo previamente sostenido, dado que los comentarios no pueden ser solo citas, sino que necesitan un texto, en aquellos casos es aceptable el uso de un "." o un "^" indicando que lo citado ya
responde lo que sea que esté siendo discutido.

6) PUBLICIDAD.
No publicites otros servidores o redes de juego. Todos son libres de discutir acerca de otras comunidades y servidores, pero solo en tanto no se intente atraer usuarios a los lugares mencionados. Esta regla también incluye todo tipo de publicidad comercial, vínculos de referencia, encuestas, y vínculos externos a otras comunidades de servidores privados.
Primera Falta - Advertencia.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo permanente.

7) DESOBEDIENCIA O FALTA AL RESPETO DEL PERSONAL.
Los miembros del equipo del personal de Daemons Ring tienen la responsabilidad de mantener la paz y orden en nuestra red, asegurándose de que nuestros miembros estén satisfechos con nuestro trabajo y al mismo tiempo esforzarse al máximo para hacer crecer, hacer progresar y expandir nuestra red. Por ende, cuando un empleado da una orden basada en nuestras reglas, el jugador en cuestión debe cesar su comportamiento por el cual las está quebrantando o de lo contrario medidas más severas serán tomadas, y ninguna falta de respeto o provocación hacia los empleados será tolerada. Esto debería ya estar comprendido por la regla general de acoso, pero en vista de numerosas situaciones anteriores, una regla por separado se vuelve necesaria.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 1 semana.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Quinta Falta - Castigo permanente.

7.1)
Si hay una situación en la cual un empleado está abusando su autoridad o rompiendo reglas, por favor toma una captura de pantalla o haz un video de la situación y
contacta a nuestros administradores para establecer una queja o solo haz un reporte de abuso en los foros, pero si esa queja no tiene evidencia y resulta ser falso, entonces el castigo mencionado anteriormente será aplicado.

8) FINGIR SER EMPLEADO.
Como está descrito en la regla anterior, nuestro equipo del personal ya tiene las manos llenas al complir con sus tareas, así que no se tolerará que alguien pretenda ser un de ellos. Esto consiste en hacer creer a otro usuario que eres un mirembro del personal, ya sea por decirlo, por usar nombres como Game Master, Administrador,
Desarrollador, GM, Admin, Dev o por usar cualquier nombre que se parezca al de algún empleado a fin de engañar y hacer a otros usuarios caer en situaciones desafortunadas.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Cambio de nombre inmediato o borrado de la cuenta.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Tercera Falta - Castigo permanente.

9) EVASION DE CASTIGOS.
La evasión de castigos ocurre cuando un usuario previamente castigado crea otra cuenta en nuestra red precisamente para evitar dicha sanción, aquí no está permitido, tenemos reglas para asegurar el buen funcionamiento y mantener el ambiente social harmonioso, así que cuando un usuario es castigado, permanecerá de esa forma hasta que el tiempo de su castigo expire.
Sin embargo, en casos de borrado de cuenta producto de ofensas anteriores, permitimos a los usuarios crear nuevas cuentas con el único propósito de hacer una solicitud de levantamiento de castigo. Si el usuario en dicha situación crea la cuenta y hace la solicitud, la evasión de castigo será ignorada, pero si el usuario es comporta como
normalmente lo hacía en nuestro foro, será considerado evasión de castigo y en vista de ello la posibilidad de levantamiento de castigo se perderá permanentemente.
Primera Falta - Bloqueo por IP + Extensión del castigo original por 2 semanas
Segunda Falta - Bloqueo por IP + Castigo permanente

9.1)
En cuanto a poseer múltiples cuentas, cuando un usuario ha creado dos o tres cuentas por razones de privacidad y/o entretenimiento es perfectamente aceptable, pero cuando alguien crea muchas cuentas solo con el fín de obtener algún tipo de ventaja engañando a otros usuarios, como por ejemplo, crear muchas cuentas solo para hablar generósamente de sí misma/o, conferirse puntos de reputación o para acosar a otros, entonces la cuenta falsa será borrada y el usuario en cuestión estará sujeto a
penalizaciones si otras reglas se rompen en el proceso.

ESTAS REGLAS TOMAN EFECTO EN EL FORO​

1) COMENTAR ACERCA DE TEMAS YA RESUELTOS O ABRIR TOPICOS ANTERIORMENTE CERRADOS.
Cuando un miembro del personal cierra un tópico, puede ser por muchas razones: la discusión llegó a una conclusión; el tema causo problemas en la comunidad; o porque quebrantó nuestras reglas de conducta. Cuando un tema, materia o tópico es declarado cerrado y resuelto, se supone que debe mantenerse así para evitar problemas
mayores, así que si alguien decide volver a mencionarlo, el usuario estará sujeto a penalizaciones.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 1 semana.
Cuarta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo de 1 mes.

2) COMENTAR TEMAS EN LAS SECCIONES DE SOLICITUD DE LEVANTAMIENTO DE CASTIGO, REPORTE DE ABUSO O AYUDA Y SOPORTE.
Las solicitudes de levantamiento de castigo, reportes de abuso y peticiones de ayuda son tópicos serios y disponen el buen funcionamiento de nuestra red. Estos tópicos o temas son creados con el solo propósito de resolver materias serias, y no permitimos tipo alguno de interferencia en ellos salvo cuando aporta algo extremadamente
importante o si el usuario está directamente implicado en la situación.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 2 semanas.
Cuarta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo de 1 mes.

3) CREAR TOPICOS ENLA SECCION INCORRECTA.
Nuestros foros tienen muchas y variadas secciones, cada sección es general o específica, en las áreas generales se es libre de discutir cualquier materia relacionada, sin embargo, las áreas específicas están hechas para discutir ciertas materias, nos reservamos el derecho de mantener nuestros foros coherentes y organizados, así que
tomaremos acciones cuando un usuario comience a comentar acerca de algo completamente irrelevante a lo que se está discutiendo.

Los usuarios son libres de comentar en los tópicos que son dejados abiertos, sin embargo, un usuario no tiene permitido crear su propio anuncio o tópico de descarga porque en estas secciones, como sus nombres lo implican,
informamos a la comunidad acerca de cosas que implican a nuestra red, y comentamos acerca de la salida de nuestros juegos ceertificados. Si un usuario desea tener su propio tema en estas secciones o informar de una salida, debe contactar al personal primeramente.

5) HACER COMENTARIOS EN UN TOPICO DE ASPIRANTE AL PERSONAL O HACER BUMPING EN ELLOS.
Los tópicos para aspirante a miembro del personal no están abiertos a discusión, sirven para futura referencia cuando sea necesario reclutar nuevos miembros y están para que el personal se comunique con el aspirante. Hacer que otros usuarios comenten en estos tópicos solo conseguiría hacer nuestro trabajo más difícil, así que no está
permitido.
Además, el aspirante no tiene permitido hacer "bumping" (esto es hacer aparecer en los últimos 10 temas discutidos a fin de ser visto al dejar comentario/s) a su tópico.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 3 días; si quien abrió el tema lo hizo, el tópico será eliminado.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 1 semana; si quien abrió el tema lo hizo, el tópico será eliminado.
Cuarta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo de 1 mes.
Cuarta falta - Castigo permanente.

REGLAS DE CONDUCTA DENTRO DE LOS JUEGOS DE DAEMONS RING

ESTAS REGLAS SE APLICAN ESTANDO DENTRO DEL JUEGO

1) INTERCAMBIO (SWAPPING).
El intercambio ocurre 2 o más jugadores acuerdan matarse entre sí secuencialmente y sin una lucha real con el propósito de adquirir experiencia rápidamente y por
consiguiente subir de nivel más rápido, causando que el fundamento de los jugadores a ser tales y el espíritu competitivo pierdan su balance.
Primera Falta - Advertencia/Infracción.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 4 días + nivel reseteado a 1.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 1 semana + nivel reseteado a 1
Cuarta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo de 1 mse + nivel reseteado a 1.

2) ERRORES ILEGALES.
Esto no se aplica al K-Style o cualquier otro estilo de juego, solo se aplica a errores que existen en GunZ y son abusados para conseguir una ventaja injusta a la hora de conseguir experiencia.
Errores como usar F12/Captura de pantalla para evitar daño, evasión de voto para sacar (salir de la sala y volver a entrar para prevenir ser sacado a votación), suicidarse en búsqueda entre otros errores de búsqueda, y otros errores y exploits.
Primera Falta - Advertencia.
Segunda Falta - Castigo de 1 día y remoción de 10 niveles.
Tercera Falta - Castigo de 2 días y remoción de 20 niveles.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo de 1 semana y remoción de 30 niveles.
Quinta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo de 2 semanas y reseteo a nivel 1.

3) ABUSO DE SUICIDIO.
Suicidarse a propósito, en salas en que cuenta la experiencia, durante una pelea previene que otros jugadores obtengan experiencia. Si esto sucede más de una vez,
entonces el jugador está interrumpiendo el juego y algo debe hacerse al respecto.
Primera Falta - Advertencia.
Segunda Falta - Remoción de 10 niveles.
Tercera Falta - Remoción de 20 niveles.
Cuarta Falta - Remoción de 30 niveles.
Quinta Falta y subsiguientes - Reseteo a nivel 1.

4) COMPORTAMIENTO DISRUPTIVO EN EVENTOS.
Los jugadores que intentan arruinar los eventos sostenidos por el personal serán castigados por dichos actos. El personal hace eventos por generosidad para diversión de la comunidad, así que quienquiera que trate de interrumpir, o tenga un comportamiento disruptivo, o destruya los eventos será tratado como corresponde.
Primera Falta - Advertencia.
Segunda Falta - Remoción del evento.
Tercera Falta - Remoción del evento y castigo por 1 día.
Cuarta Falta - Castigo de 3 días.
Quinta Falta y subsiguientes - Castigo por 1 semana.

4.1)
Dependiendo de la severidad de sus acciones, otros castigos, como por ejemplo los aplicados en las reglas de hacking o abuso podrían ser aplicados.

Al registrar una cuenta en nuestros foros o juegos de la red Daemons Rebirth estás en conocimiento y de acuerdo con todas estas reglas y serás sujeto a penalizaciones aplicadas por el equipo del personal al quebrantarlas.

1 - Ten en mente que las Reglas Generales de Conducta afectan a la totalidad de la red, lo cual incluye a todos nuestros juegos, foros y formas de comunicación.

I will also clear up some more points to leave no doubts.

We do not force any of our players to play on our Gunz server.

The same way that we do not condone anyone for playing other servers, unlike in old DR when the previous owner wanted everyone banned for the sole reason of being on others servers.

But when a community member who is thought loyal, is caught attracting players into other servers, while our Gunz server has been lacking players, then we have no other option but to remove that player from our Network, according to our rules.

Unlike in the past, we no longer have 'orders' to ban anyone who talks about other private servers, however, we reserve the right to ask our members not to mention private servers that have criminal hackers working for them, or affiliated with them.

Note that by 'criminal hacking' I do not mean hacking games, or sharing a movie or a game - I mean crimes punishable by Law as DDoS (distributed denial of service), SQL injection/XSS, illegal system access/RAT'ing (remote access tools), and other similar crimes. We are a properly registered fully legal non-profit organization, and we only host games that do not give us any kind of legal/copyright issues.

While we fully endorse freedom of speech and of choice, we merely want the best for our members and being the 'family-type' community that we are, we protect our members and we do not want them to be harmed in any manner. If such happens, the perpetrators can expect immediate and effective legal action against them, as it has happened in the past towards some unfortunate individuals who attempted such actions against us.

A diferencia del pasado, ya no tenemos "órdenes" de castigar a cualquiera que habla acerca de otros servidores, sin embargo, nos reservamos el derecho de pedirle a nuestros miembros de no mencionar servidores privados que tienen hackers criminales trabajando o afiliados con ellos.

Cabe hacer notar que por "hacker criminal" no me refiero a hackear un juego, o compartir una película o juego. Quiero decir crímenes que quebrantan la ley, como ataques de denegación de servicio, ataques contra bases de datos, acceso remoto de manera ilegal, entre otros. Somos una organización sin fines de lucro registrada apropiadamente y completamente legal, y solo proveemos juegos que no nos provoquen problemas de derechos de autor.
