GunZ Plus Clan Forum Subsection Added

Since I was told by Gunblade that IGunZ had Clans, I went and added a Clan Forum subsection to the GunZ Plus Gameplay section.
Clans in GunZ Plus are different than clans in DRGunz. Please be sure you are posting in the correct section. Thanks!
