Description: my idea is that the forum visitor will can choose his GMT and than he will be able to see the date + hour.

What's the point of it? They're visitors. They should see forums time and date. If they want to change it, they should register.

Nah, the point in my idea its that they will able change GMT and than they will see date and time without register.
