More forum updates.

Ahoy.

Added descriptions to all forum sections, as well as added a few new sections.

Incorporated almost all of the DR staff and added some more donators from the old DR forums.

Finished building most usergroups as we used to have on the old DR forums.

Made some fixes, tuned up some stuff.

As I've previously said, please bear with us as there is still much work to be done.
